Comments items are included in selfoss

Hello,

Since I have updated to the latest 2.10 release, I have notice that some feeds are including comments.

The Rss feed doesn't include item comments, but I think it's related to the xml node: <wfw:commentRss>

Is there any way to disable that feature and not display item comments on selfoss screens?
