within network: fast, outside: slow.

Hello everyone,

I'm having a few issues with Selfoss on my Raspberry pi.
Basicly, if i go to Selfoss with this ip: 192.168.2.7/selfoss it loads within a second and is really fast in general.
But as soon as i go using my real ip, even within the network.
(this is not my actual ip but just as an example) for example 88.22.4.53:8080/selfoss it loads for about 2 minutes and then i get this: http://puu.sh/8MfZk.png
and when i log-in it just loads for another 2 minutes and then just gives me a "can't connect to server error.
But when i upload a different html and load it it goes really fast, with both ip's.
I'm running 2.10 with Lighttpd.

If someone can help me with this i'd be really thankful!

EDIT: i used a tutorial in a magazine, but also tried this: https://github.com/SSilence/selfoss/wiki/Installing-selfoss-on-the-Raspberry-Pi
