Prefix table names

Hallo, maybe i've found a good replacement for google reader :)

I just think that maybe it wouldn't be bad to add an (optional?) prefix to Selfoss tables, in case you have to use a DB already in use by other applications.

eg: selfoss_items, selfoss_sources, selfoss_tags, selfoss_version
